I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to start Sports Performance and Fitness Clinics.


Ever since it's inception, the business has been thriving and has quickly gained a loyal following. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and I have acquired a performance-based knowledge of sport, fitness, and overall wellbeing which has been obtained through an array of avenues. This includes tertiary qualifications; four years coaching; learning from proven coaches while representing the Waikato/Rotorua regions and New Zealand in men’s netball; and most recently my training partnership with the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic squad.


My pilot programmes were implemented to introduce athletes of all abilities to the next level in performance training. The benefits of exercise and fitness are underestimated and I hope to motivate as many people towards achieving their goals.

I can help you achieve your goals through individual & group training sessions, HIIT modules, personalised training plans, strength & conditioning programs, and fitness & performance-based programs. I offer modules and clinics to sports people, workplaces, school, sports clubs and teams. Additionally, I can support up-and-coming sports coaches in their journey to becoming well-rounded mentors through coaching advice and personalised clinics.​
